Khaleedah is a graphic designer from Singapore with a keen interest in empowering brands to grow and advance through design and strategy. She is ambitious and passionate about everything creative — especially branding, and typography.

She has worked with brands such as Knight Frank, UOB, RMA, myVillage, and JMD Investment Assets, amongst many others.

She has managed event branding, spatial design, and exhibition decorations for myVillage, a shopping centre in the heartlands of Serangoon. As one of her longest working relationships, she has headed projects and brought their designs to greater heights, allowing the shopping centre to come alive through the medium of design.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Social Studies
Designer
September 2016 – Present

  In charge of creative aspect of project and worked across a wide variety of digital and print projects such as exhibition graphics, brochures, websites, posters, adverts.

  Liaised with stakeholders and marketing team on project requirements and participated in brand brainstorming sessions and mocking up design ideas for client presentations.

  Interpreted the internal team’s business needs according to brief requirements and the client's objectives, developing concepts to suit their purpose and choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's objectives.

  Managed the on-time delivery of exhibition graphics, websites, and print artworks using thorough knowledge of design and layout, typography, colour management, strategic planning and effective communication.

  Organised, designed and proofread production-ready artwork for print works; approved proofs and traveled to printer for press checks.

  Partnered with Creative Director to determine strategy, design brief, timelines, for all aspects of the creative process including graphic design, web site development, and copywriting.

  Identified and managed internal and external resources in partnership with creative leads to best manage workload and ensure all deliverables and deadlines were met.

  Oversee and coordinate project direction and deadlines with both internal and external resources in addition to managing creative artwork, revisions, comments and approvals, from concept to final artwork.

  Responsible for accomplishing and maintaining the quality of design throughout all phases of the project.

  Manage designers to ensure design meets clients' objectives, set timelines, priorities, and production schedules.

  Responsible for developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for graphic design material across different print and digital mediums, including websites, posters, social media images, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, and others.

  Work closely with the Creative and Art Directors to help support the creative vision and help bring to life the briefs provided by stakeholders.

  Develop and enhance design briefs/artwork by gathering information and data to clarify design requirements through research.

  Produce final artwork and coordinate closely with the printing press.
